Chugai Pharmbody Research (CPR) is the Singapore-based subsidiary of Chugai Pharmaceutical, Japan. Although their parent company is known globally, CPR needed a stronger presence in the local market, this posed a challenge when recruiting new candidates from the industry. To have a greater understanding, we commissioned a focus group of what was required to produce a compelling recruitment campaign which addressed the specific needs of potential candidates.
